Stainless steel storage tanks keep liquid and semi-liquid materials until they are needed for the next processing step. During storage, the pressure inside the tank may change as the material heats up, cools down, expands, or contracts. Breather and safety valves help release or regulate pressure, while the tank body is made from SUS304 stainless steel and has a mechanically polished inner surface for a smooth finish. Rounded transitions around the dished ends and pipe connections prevent dead corners, which makes the tanks easier to clean. According to customer requirements, the tanks can be fitted with a CIP spray ball, glass-tube level gauge, breather valve, manhole, digital thermometer, water inlet, agitator, level sensor, and sampling valve.
Used for temporary storage, mixing, and blending of liquid products in dairy, juice and beverage, brewing, chemical, and biotechnology applications.
