Our ultra-clean filling lines handle heat-sensitive, high-acid beverages such as fruit juices, tea drinks, energy drinks, and fermented milk beverages. Empty bottles and caps first receive fine-mist disinfection and sterile-water rinsing to remove contaminants and disinfectant residues. During medium-temperature filling, a Class 100 laminar-flow isolator surrounds the filling area with HEPA-filtered air and keeps outside particles and microorganisms away from the bottles. After the beverage is filled in each bottle, the cap is applied immediately to shorten its exposure to the surrounding air. The fine-mist disinfection and sterile-water rinsing process also reduces chemical residues on the bottles and caps before filling.
