Carbonated beverage filling lines are designed for soft drinks and other carbonated beverages in PET or glass bottles and cans. Since releasing pressure too quickly can cause excessive foaming and unstable fill levels, the lines use isobaric filling valves to balance the pressure between the beverage tank and the container during filling. After filling, the pressure inside each bottle is released gradually before capping. This reduces excessive foaming and keeps the beverage level more consistent during high-speed production.
