Blow Molding Machine

Blow molding machines turn PET preforms into finished bottles before they move to the filling stage. Each preform goes through various processing stages, including controlled heat first, then it enters a mold and stretches to the required length while high-pressure air expands the PET against the mold walls to create the final bottle shape. One blow molding machine can produce bottles with different shapes and capacities after a mold change, which covers standard bottles for drinking water and carbonated beverages as well as heat-resistant, customized, and lightweight PET bottles. Our blow molding machines use an all-electric servo drive, with the servo motors running only when each movement is needed rather than keeping a hydraulic oil pump on continuously, which reduces unnecessary energy use.

Features
  • Their compact structure needs less installation space and uses relatively low amounts of electricity and compressed air.
  • Operators can check production speed, shift output, process settings, and adjustment menus on the TFT touchscreen.
  • Their control interface displays the pressure curve from each mold cavity as the bottle takes shape, giving operators direct information for process adjustments.
  • High-speed molds contain several cavities, and each cavity forms one PET bottle during the same production cycle.
