Carbonated Soft Drink Processing Line
Our carbonated soft drink processing lines use mass flow meters and PLC control to keep sugar content and carbon dioxide (CO₂) levels within the required range, since even small dosing errors can change the sweetness and taste from one batch to another. Once the syrup is prepared, the beverage is cooled before carbonation so the CO₂ can dissolve more easily. After the carbonation stage, the carbonated beverages go through isobaric filling, where controlled pressure helps reduce foaming and CO₂ loss and keeps the amount of beverage consistent in each bottle or can. Once filling is complete, the carbonated soft drinks are ready for packaging and distribution.
